Content Removal

If you believe that work published at twynkworld.com infringes upon an existing copyright, send a written notification that includes the following elements, under Title 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Please consult your legal counsel for specific requirements.

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• The URL of copyrighted work allegedly infringed, or if multiple works are allegedly infringed, a representative list.
• Your twynkworld.com.com username, full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address at which you may be contacted.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or otherwise under the law.
• A statement that the information in your communication is accurate under penalty and perjury and that you as the complaining party are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner allegedly infringed.
• Copyright Infringement Notices should be mailed, or emailed to twynkworld.com designated Copyright Agent at [email protected]
• If you send a notification by email, please include “Copyright Notification – twynkworld.com” as the subject line.

• Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image (including but not limited to such things as revenge porn, blackmail, and exploitation);
• Content that reveals personally identifiable information (including but not limited to such things as: name, address, phone number, and IP address);
• Child Sexual Abuse Material OR otherwise abusive and/or illegal content

What to include in your content removal request:

• Removal requests should be mailed, or emailed to twynkworld.com at [email protected]
• The URL of the violating content and a detailed explanation.
• Your twynkworld.com.com username, full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address at which you may be contacted.

Timeframes for removal

• 7 business days for copyright and consensual reasons, and immediately for illegal content
